Accadema designs to WCAG 2.1 Level AA across the marketing site, the in-product surface and the kiosk. The conformance posture, the commitments, and the known gaps under remediation.
Accadema designs to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. The marketing site, the in-product modules and the kiosk surfaces are audited against this target. Where a surface falls short, the gap is documented here and tracked against a remediation date.
This statement is prepared in alignment with the European Accessibility Act (EU Directive 2019/882) and EN 301 549. For public-sector customers in jurisdictions that require their own accessibility declaration, your local Accadema partner can issue a tailored statement reflecting the customer-hosted deployment.
Body text meets WCAG AA contrast (4.5:1); large display text meets 3:1. The dark hero variant is audited at the same ratio against the gradient background.
All interactive elements are reachable and operable from the keyboard. Focus is always visible. No keyboard traps. The mega navigation and modal dialogues honour focus management.
Pages use semantic HTML (headings, landmarks, lists, tables for tabular data). Bootstrap utility classes do not replace semantic structure. Screen readers receive the document outline, not a div soup.
All pages reflow cleanly to 320px width and to 200% browser zoom without loss of content or functionality. Horizontal scrolling is reserved for tables and code blocks.
Decorative animation (the hero star field, the glow pulses) honours the user's prefers-reduced-motion setting. Auto-playing video is not used on marketing pages.
All form fields have programmatically associated labels. Error messages are announced to assistive technology and are not conveyed by colour alone.
An accessibility statement that claims complete conformance is rarely accurate. The platform tracks the following known gaps against a remediation calendar.
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on any Accadema surface — marketing site, in-product, kiosk — please report it. Include the page URL, the assistive technology in use, and the action you were trying to perform. We acknowledge within five working days and aim to resolve within thirty.
This statement follows the EU model accessibility statement (Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2018/1523) where applicable. For public-sector customer deployments, ask your local Accadema partner for the customer-tailored statement reflecting your hosting choice and the surfaces in scope.
